Creating your own 'suspended page' as a reseller is very simple to do.  Login to CPanel with your reseller account and on the left side of the screen under the 'Account Functions'  header there will be a link that says 'Modify Suspended Page.'  Click this link and you will see the HTML for the default suspended page.  You can modify this, or even remove it and paste your very own HTML.  Click save and all of your suspended accounts will immediately show your work.
