These days spam has become very abundant on the Internet, and because of this many companies have implemented anti-spam techniques such as a 'Junk Folder.'  Unfortunately, this method of spam blocking has yet to be perfected, so every once in a while legit e-mails will end up there.  It is a good idea to check this folder every once in a while for mistakenly placed mail.
