Welcome to the new billing system. As part of or ongoing process of migrating to this system we have a few changes to our billing schema. The most noticeable difference is that we have reset the invoice counter. We have decided to start fresh with the new system. We have kept all the records from the older billing system invoices should they be needed. The next major change is a new prorata billing system. We will slowly be migrating all of our current customers to the first of the month. New orders will be prorated to reflect the number of days left in the billing cycle. This should help us a great deal with tracking and management. If you have any questions please feel free to try out the new trouble ticket system or shoot us an E-mail.
